↓ I have always been interested in people and visuality. ↓ I had already been interested in architecture as a child. Back then I’d had no idea that it also had applications in the film industry. I loved films, and was most interested in their visual world, the changing of colours and spaces. ↓ I applied to both cinematography and psychology programs, but both entrance exams were disappointing, so I decided to study architecture instead. ↓ I found that the truly talented and creative people dropped out rather soon. My diploma project was also rejected, so eventually I decided to move to Spain. ↓ Two days before moving, I received an unexpected offer to work as a production design assistant alongside Márton Ágh. ↓ After the first day on the job, I knew exactly this was what I wanted to do. ↓ In 2009, I founded my own production design and set decoration company called PropClub. ↓ PropClub lets students borrow equipment and props for their projects free of charge. ↓ We train many young creators here, and I feel the most successful when I see them thriving in the film industry.
